GAA | Double-header in Dublin Football quarter-finals

The quarter-finals of the Dublin Championship takes place in Parnell Park this evening. The double-header sees St Judes take on St Vincents at 17:15, followed by the meeting of Ballyboden St Endas and Na Fianna.

A 4-13 to 1-10 win over Ballinteer St John’s in their final Group 4 game, saw St Vincent’s book their quarter final place, facing a physical St Judes side who qualified from group 3 with two wins in 3 games, including their last game, a 1-9 to 0-8 victory over Thomas Davis.

In the later game, Ballyboden St Enda’s come into the game on the back of three impressive victories in their own group games, including a very comfortable 2-20 to 1-6 win over Skerries Harps in their final Group 2 game.

They will need to overcome a Na Fianna side under the tutelage of Dessie Farrell, who will be physical and a stern test for Ballyboden.
