Paul Mannion has been cleared to face Kildare on Sunday.
The Dublin forward was sent off in first half of the All-Ireland champions' win over Louth, but has successfully overturned his ban, clearing him for the Leinster semi-final on Sunday.
A Central Hearings Committee meeting on Thursday night overturned the decision after Mannion's successful appeal.
The Kilmacud Crokes forward was shown a straight red card for a high challenge on Conal McKeever in the 25th minute of Dublin's demolition of Louth in Laois.
Jim Gavin was unconvinced by the decision at the time, describing the challenge as "possibly a yellow".
"My first thoughts on it having seen it live, I thought he tackled him and the ball just popped up," the Dublin manager claimed.
"Certainly from my perspective, it didn't warrant a red card. Possibly a yellow.
"The Louth player got up afterwards and played on, unlike Paddy Andrews. He didn't and he broke a jaw. They were completely different tackles. Paul got the ball first, probably braced himself."
However, the referee cited in his match report that the 26-year-old was "behaving in a way which was dangerous to an opponent".
The Dubs will be at more or less full strength for the clash against the Lilywhites in Sunday's double header at Croke Park following Mannion's successful appeal, with the winners set to face the victors of Meath v Laois in the Leinster final.
Elsewhere, Armagh's Brendan Donaghy also appealed the red card he picked up in the county's draw with Cavan, but his appeal has been unsuccessful, ruling him out of the Ulster replay.
